Request for refunds must be given in writing. No refunds will be given for courses cancelled by the customer 7 days prior to, or any time after the start of the course. Instructors should be notified in advance of any children with medical problems.Ĭustomer requests for refunds more than 7 days before the start of the course will be subject to a £5.00 administration charge.
In the event of any accident which requires immediate hospital attention, Spectrum reserves the right to adopt appropriate emergency action.

In the event of Spectrum management being forced to cancel courses, customers shall be entitled to a full refund of fees. All courses include shoe/skate hire where applicable. Synergy Dance® On Demand Workouts – provide dance, meditation, pilates, fitness and yoga activities for mainstream children and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in schools, care homes, leisure centres, gyms and with charity partners. Many other innovations and new digital creations followed.
In 2020 Synergy also launched two new seated brands: ParaStars Yoga® and ParaStars Dance™ – chair dance and yoga lessons to reach the elderly, the disability community and those with a long-term health condition.
